No diets, no willpower, no changing foods. It is easy and relaxing to learn to use self-hypnosis to create positive lifestyle changes to improve self-control about eating choices. This small group weight control program is not nutritional or dietary counseling. It is a self-empowering process that teaches motivated people to make their own decisions while putting them in touch with their own inner wisdom. Studies have consistently shown that adding hypnosis to other traditional means of weight reduction increases the results by upwards of 200%. Participants will learn to break the excessive eating cycle, gain freedom from problem foods, live a lifestyle of moderation, and move their body for health. *Registration fee includes 4 CD’s that will be given out in class.  David Grinstead, instructor
