What is Life Coaching?
-
Life Coaching is done in person face-to-face and/or by telephone.
-
Through a series of meetings the coach works with the client on an area or subject related goal by asking skilled questions to work out the best means of goal achievement.

Sessions are equally as productive over the phone as they are in a face-to-face setting.

What Are The Benefits of Coaching?
Life coaching is action-oriented, solution-oriented, and concentrates on forward motion rather than looking at the past. You get your actions and thoughts aligned with who you say you are or want to be. The way you live, think, act, and work are integrated with your core values and goals. If you don't know what your ultimate goals and values are, then your coach will coach you with that, too. An effective coach takes an active, hands-on approach and involves meetings, phone conversations, reading assignments, journal-writing, defining goals and progress reports.
Benefits include:
-
Insight to understand your life situation
-
Gain a clearer perspective as to how you'd like it to change
-
Developing tools and strategies to change
-
Keeping you focused on your goals
-
Giving you an external perspective to your current life reality
-
Feeling more positive, lighter and happier
